![]() ![]() Now, download the Logitech Unifying Software and run as administrator as done in the previous method. Now, right-click on HID-compliant mouse and select Disable device. Double-click on Mice and other pointing devices to expand the drivers. I have a Logitech keyboard and a mouse pair (keyboard K270 and mouse M185) that are paired to a single non-unifying receiver, and they work (I bought them together as a pair). Does anyone know enough to be able to help me fix this nonsense? I don't want to buy any keyboard or mouse that uses Microsoft generic drivers. Press the Windows key, type Device Manager, and hit the Enter key. I know those asses are going to suddenly next year end their disastrous W11 mess and force us to buy a new OS (W12). I can't even go back to trying the original Logitech drivers. Microsoft has just completely screwed up a perfectly working hardware device. I just upgraded to windows 11, and as you guys said logitech options was unable to find my MX master which was connected to my laptop via. they are working, except after latest update on logi options it doesnt find the receiver. Alternatively, you can open up 'Run' (windows + r) then type in 'services.msc', right click on Bluetooth Support Service and press restart. Even trying to select the Win11 Start menu is impossible. the unifiyng software finds both keyboard and mouse but setpoint has just keyboard. I have to repeat it many times for anything to happen. Even just trying to click on the Chrome hamburger menu, at any place (for example, in the bookmarks manager) the click is unresponsive. If I try to select an email, all are selected, or nothing happens until I click several times in different locations. In gmail I have now had to learn keyboard shortcuts to do things I could easily do before with simple mouse clicks. Nothing I tried in their settings made anything better. I spend my life going to the browser history to re-open the tabs incorrectly closed. ![]() Whenever I click to close a tab on my browser, Microsoft's drivers close other tabs. I documented the many problems to Microsoft, but they acted just like they always do, with excuses, a BS rabbit hole of useless documentation, and a completely unresponsive support department. But it is the role of the cddrv directory to provide. Once SetPoint opens, click the My Mouse tab on the top of the screen. For some unknown reasons the problem is related to the CDDRV/CDDRV2 directory which looses its functionality after installing Setpoint. If changing the settings doesnt work, i would setup vista on another computer, install setpoint, install your mouse, set the prefs, copy the user.xml to your 2008 圆4 machine, restart setpoint and see if the tab is visible. My Logitech MK 320 keyboard/mouse combos were working perfectly with Logitech drivers before Windows 11 ran an update that destroyed them. I upped the entire file user.xml that includes settings for my MX1000 and MX revolution from Vista x86 incase the copy your setpoint generated is messed up if you dont have either of those mice, you might have to edit the DisplayName= or the Model= parts but i think you should be able to get it working. also i noticed if you make the 2 numbers different, it just picks the lower number and changes the higher value to match. Other numbers could probably be substituted but setpoint will just replace them with the closest number on the list or reset them to default. Type C:Program FilesLogitechSetPointPconnect.exe. Press the Windows key and arrow up to Run. All the speed settings are stored in the Param tag under Device Download the correct version of Mouse and Keyboard software (SetPoint) from the M310 Downloads page. ![]()
